Q1: What is your MOQ?

A: In general,our MOQ is 600 pairs each design one color.

Q2: Can you make our logo on your shoes?

A: Yes. We welcome OEM and ODM service, also supply customized shoes according to customer’s drawing.
Customized service, OEM and ODM are available.

Q3: What is the payment way?

A: 1)T/T ,Alibaba Trade Assurance for the trial order
2)ODM, OEM order, 30% for deposit,70% before shipment.

Q4:How long is your lead time?

A: We have ready goods for most of styles. Delivery within 3 days after get payment .
For bulk order,The normal production time is 35-45 days. It depends on the quantity of your order.

Q5:How can I get shoe samples?

A:1)For our ready styles ,order online. The samples will be ready for delivery in 3 days.
2)For custom design ,Sample fee will be doubled, but we will refund the extra money after you place bulk order to us.
It usually takes 10-15days to produce a sample,customer need to pay courier cost , such as DHL,TNT,FedEx ,EMS etc,
